Marketing Guru / Growth Hacker wanted!

Klopal Startup Studio is seeking a Marketing Guru / Growth Hacker! You will be a key person in driving growth for our portfolio startups.

 

What you will be doing:

  • You will create, lead and push forward the strategic marketing plans with limited resources and be able to build scalable marketing campaigns that are innovative alternatives to traditional marketing
  • You can define key marketing milestone and orchestrate resources needed to accomplish the marketing goal
  • You can come up with growth hacking methods to fully leverage the product’s potential including user acquisition, onboarding, monetization, retention, and virality.
  • You will find and coordinate strategic marketing partnerships, including discovering the right local partners/ affiliates and maximizing the relationship benefits for both parties.

 

Required Skills:

  • Great knowledge of different social media platforms and web analytics experience
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically. You need to be a thinker AND a doer.
  • Sound knowledge of Content Marketing/Distribution and Analytics, Search Engine Marketing (Organic, SEO and Paid Search), Retargeting, Affiliate marketing
  • A general idea of what a startup company should be doing in the early stages

Front-end developer

Front-end superstar wanted! We are looking for a skilled front-end developer, ideally with a keen eye for design, to help us build the future of internet!

Your responsibilities would include

  • Write qualitative, clean and maintainable Javascript code, mainly in a VueJS based environment
  • Develop new features and tweak existing ones, together with other frontend developers, backend developers and product owners

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Expert understanding of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience with a front-end JavaScript framework (ideally Vue.js)
  • Ability to communicate with REST and WebSocket based APIs
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding

Back-end developer

As a Back-end Developer you are a key-player within our team making sure challenging projects are fully functional, innovative, and perform well on every level with the ability to scale up and down if necessary. You inspire other back-end developers to use state-of-the-art techniques, and are responsible for monitoring the and continuously improving the quality of work of your team. Due to our fast-paced industry there’s great freedom to choose new cutting-edge technology on every project.

Skills & Requirements:

  • You have experience building web applications in PHP/Laravel.
  • You have knowledge of and experience with the LAMP stack, Linux, modern PHP, git, MySQL, relational databases, REST, JSON, and related technologies.
  • You have experience working with third-party APIs.
  • You have development experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience building RESTful APIs (design, maintenance, consumption) is a big plus.
  • You have a project that you can show us and talk about. A portfolio and code samples (GitHub, etc) would be a big plus.
  • You must be a strong, responsive communicator, be able to work independently, and have the ability to interpret the objective and help deliver a solution.
  • You can take initiative to continuously improve the application, the development environment, and development processes, and can take responsibility for your work from day one.
